Architects, Engineers, Interior Designers, Contractors, and Owners will be in attendance to see your new and innovative products and earn CEUs at our technical seminars.

Cost: Tabletop cost is all inclusive and includes the following:

  • 1 - 3 foot by 6 foot draped tabletop.
  • 1 - Lunch (Additional lunch tickets may be purchased at the event).
  • 2 - Drink Tickets (Additional drink tickets may be purchased at the event).
  • Electricity for your tabletop (if required).

By purchasing a tabletop all exhibitors agree to the following:

  • With respect to Exhibitors who have purchased tabletop space, the promotion of companies and/or products by those who are not participating as Exhibitors will not be permitted. 
  • No exhibitors will be permitted to setup tabletop if not paid in full by the day of the show.
  • Cancellation must be no later than one week prior to the show date or payment will be forfeited.
  • Tabletops may be set up between 10:30 AM and 12:00 PM.  Please do not set up tabletops during the first education session from 12:00 - 1:00 PM.  Tabletops that are set up before 11:30 AM will provide the opportunity for attendees to browse tabletops before the first session begins.
  • It is encouraged that exhibitors provide door prizes to pass out to attendees.  This can be done by business cards in a fish bowl or any other method the exhibitor desires.  These door prizes may be awarded at any time during either expo session.
  • It is requested that Tabletops be torn down at 6:00 PM after the last education session. If you must teardown tabletop before 6:00 PM, please do so from 4:45 PM to 5:00 PM so as not to disturb the 5:00 PM education session.

Food and Beverage Sponsor Cost: $100.  

Your sponsorship includes:

  • Name/logo on signage for food and beverages during the Construction Products Showcase
  • Name/logo on signage on buffet tables for beverages during the Construction Products Showcase.
  • Name/logo on show promotion material, emails, website, etc.
